Weekly Update: December 16th - 20th

Happy last Friday of 2024!

This week we spent lots of time community building!  As a school, we carolled together each morning and connected through singing.  Also as a school, we enjoyed our spirit days where we dressed up in TRS colours/clothes, wore things that brought us joy, wore red and/or green and then enjoyed our cozy last day together in our pajamas.  In our classes we worked hard on completing our Wellness Bingo board that included things like volunteering our time, going for a winter walk, practicing breathing exercises, enjoying holiday treats and singing holiday songs.  We had a lot of fun this week!

Please check your child's pouch for a geometry quiz and an assessment reflection the students wrote.  If you have time over the break, please help your child to practice the concepts they still need to work on so they can be ready for our Unit test in January.
